I placed an order on April 29th and the website said it would ship in 3-5 days. I haven’t received my order or any indication that it is being shipped. I contacted the company via email twice and they have failed to respond. I am out $64. This is most likely a scam website.

I did not receive shipping information on what I ordered & I sent a number of emails to the company. I think it is very likely a scam or they would have responded.

Ordered a tarot deck on January 5th. Over 20 days later, no tracking number, no updates, and no response to multiple emails. Extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend buying here.

Ordered on November 13. Shipping shows 3-5 days. I received a survey via email, but haven’t received my item. Why would I respond to a survey if I don’t have the item? Sent two emails asking for shipping status but have not received a reply. Terrible customer service.

Just shipping time - the website said 3-5 days I think - I placed the order on 1/13/25, now 1/20/25 and haven’t even rcvd notification of shipping - I’m sure there is order processing time, but more than 4 business days processing!? Too much
