Hinterland has been a perfect in everything I have ordered. I can't imagine how difficult it has been on shooting stores with all the covid and unreal demand they have dealt with. They have had things I have been unable to find elsewhere and haven't price gouged like many others. Was on the search for a rifle for a customer who had waited too long. We missed a couple from other dealers. Hinterland came up with one, but said the shipping would take some time and wouldn't be here in time for Christmas. I understand. "Let see what we can do", I was told. Bought one revolver shipped to local FFL and everything went as expected, so I bought another (same model) two weeks later shipped to local FFL and everything went as expected. It took five business days for each item to ship by USPS and a couple days in USPS system. Would prefer UPS or FEDEX which seem to be more reliable. Not sure if the $500 items would be covered against loss in USPS system, or if there was an option($) to purchase additional insurance.

Everything was as advertised with very quick shipping.
