I recently needed a replacement backrest for my Hinomi office chair due to a small plastic piece breaking over a year of heavy usage. I contacted Hinomi Support and they quickly sent a free replacement along with ample instructions on how to fix the chair. I am back to sitting in comfort all workday long! Great service and support.

Best online customer service I have seen so far! I had an issue with my chair that started making weird noises after 2-3 years of use. I reached out to Hinomi to get support and after sending some videos they identified the issue and sent a new gas lift to my place in Sweden without any additional charges. The chair is brand new now and they were very kind since the first message I sent. If someday I need to buy another chair I will for sure get another Hinomi. Keep up the good work! Matheus
