When you buy something like expensive office equipment, it’s not just an investment in a product that you will use almost everyday, but also in the company that makes it. Hinomi truly stands by their amazing products and always has your back. Excellent company, and even better products. This is my first and only stop for chairs from now on.

The chair is very pretty but sadly it wasn't for me... The support and return process is awesome though :(

Chair and customer service is great. FedEx had a bad label on shipping and chair got returned mid way upon contacting customer service shipped another chair right away and were very courteous. Hoping to use it for years to come.

I had an issue with the seat of a chair I had for only 4 months. While not technically covered under the warranty, Hinomi went out of their way to make the situation right. A replacement was sent along with instructions on how to remove and replace the seat. All during the process Hinomi was in contact to make sure any issues I had were addressed.
