great customer service, very responsive

I had an issue with the back support being stuck in the most reclined position. In under 12 hours I had a description of the fix along with a video link to the exact spot in the video that explains it in detail. The fix worked a charm. Top class support team!

La livraison as prit un peut de temps ... il faut dire que Vancouver Montréal ne se fait pas en 1 jour.... La chaise est très bien ! Les appuis et tout les position possible rende le produit très bien adapter pour tous. J'ai choisi l'option pour personne de plus de 178cm ... et je n'aurais pas du, je mesure 185cm et je doit mettre la chaise au plus bas pour être "confortable" donc à moin d'être vraiment plus grand que 178cm je ne le.recommande pas. Heureusement leur service a la clientèle est impacable ! Il mon tout de suite offert de remplacer le gas lift pour un plus petit pour rendre la chaise plus confortable! Merci hinomi

I liked the chair and I thought it was well made for my size at least. I'm 5'2" and 128 pounds. Although the chair didn't suit my needs well, the service and responses from Hinomi were excellent. They responded to my questions almost immediately by email and promptly gave me all the information I needed. Excellent customer service!

The chair wasn’t for me. But customer service was fantastic at returning. 30 day policy gave me plenty of time to really try it out and see if I could adjust. If you’re even considering the purchase, try it knowing this company has your back either way.
