Himiway Highway …
I was introduced to the Himiway bikes in Port Angeles, WA on a trip we were on and rented the Himiway D5 2.0…after a 25 mile bike ride I loved it so much I accidentally ordered 2! At first I was disappointed when I and my husband immediately sent the company a message letting them know I accidentally bought 2 of the same bike and we were told both were already shipped and we could keep both and try to sell one ourselves. That didn’t set very well with our belief in customer service and their return policy! However, after a few texts back and forth with Freya, she totally stepped up to the plate and is really an integral part of helping get the extra bike and shipment returned back to the company. My bike arrived yesterday, we assembled it in no time flat and I spent the day riding my new bike! Needless to say, I absolutely love it and also a big thank you to Freya for all her help and support. I highly recommend the purchase of a Himiway Bike if you are looking for power, style and comfort! So a super huge thanks to Freya for helping out and keeping in touch with me and she restored our excitement of owning a Himiway bike of my own! Thanks much Freya!!!
