Amazing bike- amazing customer service My son damaged the handle and front brake when he slipped through a puddle. Customer service was prompt and super responsive and helped me get it fixed quickly. I was surprised how great they were. Highly recommend.

I have ordered parts from Himiway support in the past. Even though the parts I needed are not commonly ordered like two complete output terminal panels for two batteries which a shorted controller damaged. Recently, I ordered replacement fenders for my bike which arrived on time.

This was my first e-bike purchase, so I ordered a few items I didn't need and missed some I needed. I received all in a timely fashion, assembly was easy. Lora with customer service was excellent and helped with all my issues. Setting the bike up for a trip so I haven't spent too much time on the bike yet but love it so far! Thank you.
