I just bought an e-bike and I was still able to benefit from the previous owner's warranty. My request for an accessory order was taken seriously and they were very busy finding a solution for sending the items as well as for a technical problem that will be resolved as appropriate. Very pleasant and friendly customer service contact. So I highly recommend.

One of the two Himiway bikes I’ve owned for five years started making a buzzing sound in the motor, so I immediately contacted Himiway. Thanks to Freya, a member of the support team, the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I ordered the recommended part, and within nine days, the bike was up and running again. Customer service at Himiway helped me understand how to use an advanced feature in the latest firmware update to my new e-bike, and then they helped me order a more advanced control pad for the handle bars for only $20 to support it. I was already very satisfied with my new e-bike, but this was the icing on the cake. 😃 P.S. Shout out to Lora!

Himiway D7 Cobra is an awesome e-bike! I recommend this e-bike to anyone who need great suspension and 1000 watt power to climb those steep hills. The customer service from Himiway is excellent and I was able to get the parts needed to keep my Cobra D7 running at top performance!
