Great bikes and great service. We bought two bikes straight from their website. One of the front suspensions was making a "clunking" noise. I didn't wait and sent them an email, The next day, I got a reply asking me to provide a video (I should've thought if that). Unfortunately (for my ego) but fortunately, the noise was gone! I swiftly replied apologizing for wasting their time. Same person replied back telling it could be normal that the bikes may need a small break-in period and that I could see some oil/dirt on the fork since the excess might come out. Now THAT is customer service. Above and beyond.
