Tim at City of Industry Himiway is awesome. Took my bike there and the hooked me up with a free tune up diagnosed my problem and replaced my pedal assist sensor, put a new chain on, gave me new crankshaft, new crank arms, new brake line, a rechargeable bike light, and exchanged my battery with a refurbished one since it was tampered with all for $150. Best customer service!!! Best bike shop experience ever!! If you live near LA i would highly recommend you take your bike to these guys!!

I live in Helena Montana and bought two Himiway Cruisers last February. One was for me and one for my 14 year old son. I used mine as a pedal assist commuter in all kinds of weather and have had no problems after 700 miles. My son is pretty much throttle only and rides to friends houses, sports practices, and anywhere around town and home. No battery or bike issues and gives him freedom to go anywhere and limits my need to shuttle him. Himiways have proven to be great bikes and great investments.

Very strong bikes and parts 💪🏼

Purchased 2 Himiway (D5) Zebra ST last January. In the past 10 months we have put over 5000 miles on them. One of our best purchases we have ever made, literally AWESOME! As an aging couple they allow my wife and I to always ride comfortably with one another. We often ride to the store, movies, dinner, kids houses, parents houses.... not to mention all the fun random places. Have you heard of Rail Trails!!!? Google maps now has bike routes, allowing us to travel freely without riding on major thoroughfares. After tons of homework, we chose the Himiway Zebra St for a few reasons, They come well equipped and are easy to assemble. I'm a big man and the 400 pound weight capacity was important to me. This also coincides with the ST of Step Through. After mounting a conventional bike and then an ST, it was a so much easier. They are large bikes but easy to ride and maneuver. Working in the batterie industry, I understand the importance of a well made dependable battery. Samsung is one of the best! Our Himiway (D5) Zebra ST have out performed all expectations!

Freya quickly had parts sent out free of charge for a warranty issue with my headlight!!

Our battery charger was broken, and Leo supported us very efficiently, and quickly the issue was resolved by sending a new charger. Thank you very much Leo for your very efficient support.
