I have recently purchased a Himiway ebike and the support I have received from the Himiway specialist Freya was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend Freya for any customer support issues. She is very informative and is very fast in her responses to clients. She deserves a raise!!

I purchased a himaway bike bassed on a reddit post where someone said they were happy with the bike as a long torso person. What i didn't know is how they would end up being one of my favorite companies to work with. I have had a few small issues that they have promptly and professionally addressed. As of right now I plan on using the brand exclusively.

I provided a 5 star rating for the customer service by the agent due to his being very prompt in his response and answering my question so quickly. It leaves me with a sense that my questions as a customer are valued and important.

I had my front wheel stolen and after contacting Himiway, Freya was super quick to respond and send out a replacement after offering a small discount and free delivery. I really appreciate the support as I use the bike every day.

I bought my D5 Pro Mid Drive in the spring. I put over 500km on it on city and lake trails. I am sad that I had to hang it up for the winter. It worked great and is a blast to ride. Battery life is awesome, I run it in the lowest assist setting but it is not hard to pedal at all. It is a beast weighing about 80 lbs. But that heavy construction pays off if you find yourself pushing the top end or a rougher terrain. I really am looking forward to my next ride in the spring!
