HimiwayReviews of himiwaybike.com

The great service and wonderful quality of my D7 Pro prompted me to purchase a D5 ST for my wife. Special thanks to Sylvia for her prompt and courteous service. She went out of her way to insure our complete satisfaction!

The communication with the sales and customer support people I've been in contact with have been top quality. They understand the issues and go above and beyond to resolve all issues. To be honest, the speed of shipping has been less than I would like but overall that's a fairly minor point.

Freya replied in a timely manner to my email, she got me takin care of and was very helpful

Customer service. Freya at himiway was outstanding. Once she reached out to me not even aware that I needed assistance. She connected with me at the right time. Helped me with items I needed to get bike up and running. I cannot say enough. She even followed thru to insure I was satisfied and my order was complete.

Over the past few years I have purchased 4 Himiway e-bikes. I have well over 3,000 miles on 2 of them. I have had to contact Himiway support only a few times. Each time I was more than satisfied with their support. Because of their support and my first hand experience with the quality of their bikes I highly recommend Himiway to anyone I talk with about e-bikes. I am a “more than satisfied customer “. Tc

Had a problem with the lock on my Himiway, contacted Freya at their customer service email. Freya was awesome. Answered every email in rapid time, with great information and communication. Freya even answered me over a weekend, so great service there. If you have any question or issue with your Himiway, just ask for Freya, great service again, my problem resolved very much to my satisfaction again
