Amazing company

I recently purchased a Himiway Cobra Pro. I have been very happy with the performance of the bike. I had a motor issue, and reached out to their customer service. They were very responsive and were able to address the issue quickly. I also purchsed a fender set for the bike. They sent the wrong set, but after contacting Mike at their customer service, he quickly sent out the correct set. I have been very pleased with the quality of the product as well as the customer service. I feel confident that if I ever have any issues with the bike, theu will do their best to resolve to problem.

I purchased the A7 Pro after having to send back a Urtopia Fusion GT for horrible service. Freya at Himiway was excellent in helping with my new bike.

Had ordered the wrong product. Was contacted before it shipped. Was able to get a refund and not deal with having to ship anything back. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service.
