The customer service provided is excellent. However, the prices are quite steep, and the dating environment poses challenges in finding a suitable partner. In the future, it would be great if Hily could introduce a personalized matchmaking service. This Hily Matchmaker could help users connect with matches tailored to their lifestyle preferences. All around a decent app. The lifetime membership was a good deal for what it is. It can be difficult to maintain, or even have a conversation with people who you match with (not a fault of the company). It's hit or miss like any other app. I do get more interaction on this app than the others, I will say. Also, customer service has been great with handling some issues that were occurring. So I greatly appreciate that.

This app will not give you all paid for features! Support is helpless. They make up rules as they go and will not point out their own terms and conditions that support their unilateral decisions. Avoid avoid avoid! It’s a scam!
