Hey Jake! We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Profiles in the app are real users, and interactions don’t always lead to conversations. Regarding the “unblur” feature, certain interactions are part of specific subscriptions or in-app features, and we always aim to be transparent about how these work. It might help to update your profile or try different approaches to starting conversations. Feel free to reach out to us via Live Chat or [email protected] for personalized assistance.

Hey Aaron! We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Regarding likes and responses, it’s important to note that receiving likes doesn’t always guarantee replies, as interactions depend on mutual interest. As for the “unblur” feature, we aim to be transparent about which features are included in each subscription tier, but we appreciate your feedback and will make sure it’s shared with our team for improvement. For further assistance, feel free to reach out via Live Chat or [email protected].
