This company is a total scam. I ordered the Coolez Fan with the promise it would cool down a room like an air conditioner. NOT. Not only were there no directions or an order form confirmation sent. The fan came in a box w. no return form or instruction. I asked for instructions and was sent 2 versions. One in Chinese and one below in english. It was so small I had to zoom + to read. When I tried to print, it would not print in a large enough lettering for me to read. Such a deal, they offered me $`15.00 (I paid $69.00 or return to China for $50-$80 mailing charge. If they have a US website w. address they should allow returns to that address.

If your product is not as offered challenge the charge with your charge card company. I purchased a propane weed exterminator from what appeared to be a small American company that had created a cool product. Immediately upon receipt, it became clear that I was dealing with an incompetent Chinese marketing company. The connector on the exterminator was incompatible with propane tanks and cylinders. Giving them the benefit of doubt, I requested information on where I could find propane with that connection. Their response - "locally." After spending too much effort searching for a compatible cylinder I figured out that the product is compatible with butane; not propane. I requested a call tag, and being kind, let them know the tool was butane-compatible so they could market it without getting a bunch of returns. I also explained that I needed propane because its burn temperature is 50% hotter than butane. They responded with their lame "pay $50-80 to ship it back" return policy. I canceled the charge on my card and notified them of USPS policy on shipping unordered merchandise. (Keep it or throw it away with no obligation to pay regardless.)

I bought an American BRAVE WINGS EAGLE WREATH that I thought was 3 dimensional but it is flat (2 dimensional only) and made of cardboard. It is not worth anything. The worst thing I ever bought in my life. I paid $ 40 for a flat piece of cardboard that a child could make. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

No response …… I can only assume that this company having taken over £140 off is for two health/sports tracker watches is a complete scam ….. we are currently working with our bank after PayPal too we’re unable to help. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE

Big time scam. I ordered the brave wings wreath. What a piece of crap. I got the same response as everyone else has written. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I placed an order on June 23, 2024 at HILIPERT.COM for the A/C unit , TEMPRAIR Portable Air Conditioning receiving a confirmation from Hilipert based on their description of the item. Unfortunately Hilipert changed the item's name on ECOSAVERX Portable Air Conditioning telling me that the item is the same with Temprair. I receive the item and tested and IS NOT COOLING AT ALL. They asked me to send it back to China !!! in order to refund me. And I have to pay for this !!!.

I wrote an earlier review about how bad this company is. I finally got a reply and what a joke this place is but wanted to share it to maybe save some other folks the problem. Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse (about return shipping fee is $50-$80), will it be possible to offer a $8.00 refund to you as a way to make up for this? This machine does not work as advertised. It does not cool a room in seconds it doesn’t even cool anything period. It’s a complete scam
