I bought the Petootsy dog bark collar under the impression that it was great for all size dogs and if not satisfied I could return. it cost $80.00 I have a toy Aussie and when I received the product it was way to large for my dog--his neck is much much smaller then the disc that is supposed to work to help stop the barking. I requested to return the item and was told it would cost me about 80 dollars to send it back to China. if I would like they would send me a check for 8.00 for my trouble, but could not refund my money and would send me the address in China for me to return the produce. I did not buy this product from China I bought it from Hilipert. to me this was false advertising and I would not reccommend this company. I work very hard for my money and really do not have any to just throw away and for a company to insult a person by offering them a $8.00 check is just a slap in the face to their customer. I only wish I had checked into the company first and read the reviews I would never have bought the product which is now sitting useless in my closet. I will never buy anythig from this company again

The advertisements show a very interesting coffee mug (Yifare 3D mug) with a photo that appears very close to 3d--with significant depth illusion. In reality it is just a mug with a typical photo on the side--for $25 plus shipping. I bought 3 for Christmas gifts and they don't look anywhere close to the advertisements. I tried to return them and they said shipping would be $50-$80 to go back to China. Somehow they charged $11 to ship to me but it will be significantly more expensive to return. Just very deceptive advertising and little option to return to China.

I would give a -5 star review if I could. We ordered a bark collar for our dog. It worked great for a couple weeks then it started beeping when he wasn’t barking. It would beep when he was running around and even when he was napping, I contacted the company and they wanted video of it doing what I had described. I told them I wouldn’t do that because it would be cruel. They said I could return it to them (in China), and I would have to cover shipping. NEVER buy from them. They are awful to work with!

Do not buy the neck massage unit , received yesterday and missing piece does not work and is Cheaply made I’m trying to return but no one is responding to my emails to hilipert company Questionable company, beware

The Hilpert Track Pro watch is advertised as being able to give you accurate blood sugar readings. This is false and the watch just gives random readings which cannot be trusted or used for anything. It's a scam - as is any other watch which claims to offer nonintrusive blood sugar monitoring - the technology just doesn't exist.

I decided to buy the “bras for mature women“. When they got to me they were poorly made and very thin. I contacted their return email and they said it would be $50-$80 to return it to China, not to the Los Angeles office that it came to me from! They offered me an eight dollar credit. I took the item to the post office and it was only $12 to ship it back. You need to fill out a customs form. I paid $60 for these bras. Luckily I used PayPal so I will go through them to get a refund because I’m pretty sure I will never get a refund from this awful awful company.

Bought a weed burning torch. No directions included. We could NOT find any fuel containers that would fit the torch. TOTAL SCAM!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Bought hummingbird feeder for a gift, cost $50 with shipping and I was embarrassed to give it to the person. weighed nothing was tiny (why the $15 shipping charge?) cheapest plastic, thin and could see globs of glue. My new mission is to inform others and find the American corporation tied to these scam artists.
