No longer a customer
My last purchase with this company was a jersey hijab that came with a pink stain.When I inquired about it via email I was told that it was just stitching to wash the hijab and it will come off.Guess what I've washed the hijab three times and the stain is still on it.I guess I will just not be able to wear it.If I wanted a stained hijab I would not purchase.Very disappointed but will not shop here again.Although very cute things

I don't blame you for feeling the way you do. This situation was poorly handled and I apologize for that. I will make sure to send out a replacement hijab to you ASAP and will make changes so that no other customer is told to wash out their hijab to remove a stain. Our customers are our first priority and you should be receiving the best products in the best condition. I apologize once again and hope you will change your mind and shop with us again. :)

LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!!
I LOVE Hijabista!!! I've been a loyal customer ever since Nura (babylailalov) reviewed them on YouTube!! I can honestly say I haven't ordered hijabs from any other place after discovering Hijabista; well, actually, probably once or twice I may have, but majority of my Hijabs are from Hijabista. ☺️ I would only suggest one thing, though; perhaps, get more floral and nicer printed hijabs because those are my least favorite of the ones you all have. I don't like the design or the style. BUT, I freaking love the shimmer hijabs the and jersey ones, AND OMG the tulle skirts!!😍😍 Did I mention, they have AWESOME shipping; I seriously just ordered an item three days ago and it already arrived! How freaking awesome, right?!

Just Lovely
Love the style of undercap I got! I just wish there were more colors to choose from- I am a hijab junkie!

Love all of the Hijabs
I have ordered from hijab-ista about 5 times now and although the shipping cost is high, the products are wonderful and of sustainable quality and are so worthat every penny. I love the plain and gem bonnets, and the jersey hijabs are also my favorite, especially when they are on sale. The products are always shipped right away and delivered within a couple of days. Overall, just a wonderful experience and I will be ordering from Hijab-ista soon. Jazakallah.

Jersey hijabs and anissa tunic
I bought jersey hijabs which I absolutely love and anissa tunic. I was very unhappy with the fabric of the anissa tunic as it sticks to the body and I think the tunic is over priced. Comparing the price that I paid for the tunic, I would have been able to buy something more decent here in NZ for $40nzd or less. The service was awesome. I received the parcel on time.

prices are too high, keep popular items in stock please. i still love you tho.
I have found the same brand of long sleeve shirts on Amazon for less and free shipping. You guys are always out of stock on popular undercap colors. You need to order more from your distributer.

Excellent products and great prices
I recently purchased the Jasmine hijab and the arm sleeves. The order was shipped out promptly and received within two days. I contacted the sisters at Hijab-ista because of color-matching issues (on my part, not theirs), and their response was prompt, courteous, and professional. I look forward to purchasing from this company again in the future.
