Ive heard nothing but good reviews about hijabsta so i thought i would try purchase items & it was my first time at purchasing hijabs online other than off ebay. I Would never purchase again! The website doesnt inform on website that the fees are charged in usa dollars so i ended up paying double the price i would in ausralia! Wasnt informed i would be charged in usa dollars anywhere while purchasing til i checked my account and noticed $135 removed from my account when the cost was meant to be $95 i enquired with the admin from hijabsta snd then thr informed me it was in usa dollars. This is completly unacceptable and the website should state it is charged in usa dollars! Not aus as even on my invoice it does not state usa dollars! Not acceptable and not happy Wouldnt never purchase again&definately not recommend anyone to purchase from them due to this terrible experience!

I didn't get my order till date..Where is my stuff ???? I was supposed to wear that on eid and thanx to your negligence I had bitter experience with you guys ..This was my first ever order from you and thanx for ruining it.If you still have some shame left .Refund me its price and send me compensation as well...Why are you upto defaming Muslim name? I wish i could post it on your testimonials. .trust me i will ..

I ordered 4 hijabs on this website. I was thinking to wear them on my special occasions which were within 1 month. After patiently waiting for 1 complete month i emailed them this "I still haven't got my delivery. Its now more than 1 month I have ordered it. I also sent you mail but u did not check the status of tracking number which you gave me. It is showing that my stuff is in "JAMAICA" since 6 December 2014. My shipment tracking number is LJ671460029US. What is happening over there since 6 December can u tell me? Now I am getting really angry. Whether you pay back my money or you deliver my order right now. This is enough now. I don't want to wait for my 4 hijabs only for years to be delivered. This is already more than enough. Reply as soon as possible." And i did not get my hijabs but recieved my money through paypal AFTER DEDUCTIONS. I dont know my money got deducted for nothing. I am never going to order anything ever on HIJAB-ISTA. I would also tell my friends and family not to buy ever on this site. No one wants their money which they earn through hard work go into deductions without any delivery. BAD BAD BAD experience.
