I didnt like the material.
The material was slippery even though I ordered jersey material.

Fabric not impressive
I ordered this to replace another in the same style. My first order was the wrong shade of blue but still a lovely, casual fabric. This one...not so much. It's too slippery and has a formal sheen. I was looking for an identical match in textile, just a different hue of blue. Looks like I'll be paying yet again to ship back to seller.

Somehow disappointed
I ordered plain viscose scarves. First it took forever to arrive but that's no problem. Then when I opened the package I was very disappointed as I expected a pinkish colour for the dusky pink instead it was more of an orange shade which I personally think is ugly. But on the other side I did like the fabric.

Not Worth Anyone's Money!
These scarves are really not worth anyone's money, your cash will truly just go to waste. The only scarves on the site that are any good are the REGULAR (not Jasmine) maxi jersey hijabs. Other then that, all the other hijabs are ridiculous. The regular jersey hijabs are far too short, and all the other scarves are see through, thin so they are see through, and aren't maxi so even the back of your neck isn't covered. Ladies, let's not forget that hijab is to cover your HAIR, NECK, AND CHEST! I'm so disappointed with this site and the only reason I have ever shopped at it before was because it was based in the USA. I will not shop with this company anymore.

not so happy of the material
I was pleased with the first order, then color and material were not matching what was described.

No longer a customer
My last purchase with this company was a jersey hijab that came with a pink stain.When I inquired about it via email I was told that it was just stitching to wash the hijab and it will come off.Guess what I've washed the hijab three times and the stain is still on it.I guess I will just not be able to wear it.If I wanted a stained hijab I would not purchase.Very disappointed but will not shop here again.Although very cute things

I don't blame you for feeling the way you do. This situation was poorly handled and I apologize for that. I will make sure to send out a replacement hijab to you ASAP and will make changes so that no other customer is told to wash out their hijab to remove a stain. Our customers are our first priority and you should be receiving the best products in the best condition. I apologize once again and hope you will change your mind and shop with us again. :)
