The Hijab Every Hijabi wants
When I think of hijabista I think of the jersey hijab and for me I think of the Maxi Jersey hijab. Everyone I know who has one ,wears constantly their hijabista jersey. You of course can't complete the look without the under scarf, which are soooo comfortable. These items should be a staple in every hijabi wardrobe, unfortunately they never seem to be in stock in basic colors. I always thought it was just my bad timing but everytime a friend tells me about their shopping experiance at hijabista they say the same thing. Shipping is so expensive and whenever I have the desire to stock up on all the colors I need I never can. This leads me to pretty much not buy at all because the shipping costs are so high. Why pay for shipping for what I feel is an incomplete order. There are too many sites that sell jersey hijabs for new shoppers of hijabista to waste their time trying to get basic colors that are never in stock. My new hijabi friends usually say, "yeah hijabista didn't have the colors I needed so I bought from [another site]." With something like 80% of all North American Muslims being foreign born, it's easy for hijabis to get a friend traveling to a Muslim country to pick them up supplies for much cheaper over seas. Instead of a five dollar under scarf you can get a better color selection and pay 50 cents. Hijabista has better quality and brand presence but it's hard enough for us to give up the option of cheap alternatives but on top of that we literally can't buy from hijabista because there is never any product to buy.
