I like the exchange rate price, but not having an APP for this product doesn't make any sense When are you going to launch it ?

No 2FA, confusing
No 2FA, I feel that email links are unsafe. Very confusing platform, I had to go back and forth a lot of times to find what I wanted.

Trust and Reliability
I noticed that the conversion rate displayed before withdrawal appears misleading — a higher rate is shown initially, but upon proceeding with the withdrawal, a lower conversion rate is applied. Although the system provides an option not to confirm, the rate displayed does not update in real time, leaving users with no clear choice but to accept the lower rate. This creates confusion and affects trust in the transparency of the process. Additionally, it has already been over eight hours since I withdrew my money, and it IS NOT YET credited to my bank account, which is significantly longer than expected. I hope your team can review these concerns to ensure more accurate rate displays and faster fund processing for a smoother user experience.

Serviço de conversão bom, mas a conta é bem limitada
O serviço de conversão é muito bom, mas o serviço de cartão pré-pago é péssimo e você não consegue usar o dinheiro para nada além de converter e transferir para sua conta no Brasil. Não é possível transferir nem mesmo para outras contas globais. Precisam possibilitar a transferência para contas globais e oferecer um cartão melhor para uso. No cartão atual simplesmente a empresa fornecedora do serviço some com seu crédito e informam que não tem como devolver em caso de expiração do prazo de uso.

Good Service, Needs International Account Transfers
The platform is good at what it proposes, always online, and it worked well whenever I needed it. I only had a few issues regarding the exchange rate not being updated in real time and having to open some tickets to check it. However, I miss having other possibilities — being able to send money to an overseas account is, for me, the main point for improvement.

It's great but it needs to be improved
I love what HiGlobe was designed for, but it needs a lot of improvement. It would be great to have an app so you don't have to log in from the web to know when you want to log in. The session closes very often, so it's annoying not having an app and having to constantly log in to your email and the web to log in. I love the concept of HiGlobe, it just needs a lot of improvement, which I hope they do! The only thing I hate the most is that when you transfer money to a digital card like the one HiGlobe offers, that money can no longer be returned to your HiGlobe balance. This card they offer is rejected by many stores, both online and in-store, so sometimes I feel like the money I deposited there is lost because I struggle to use it. I hope HiGlobe partners with a better company to offer digital cards to its customers.
