The process of receiving my first payment was surprisingly easy and intuitive. The bot in WhatsApp gave the right questions/answers. The exchange rate was transparent from the beginning. And lastly, withdrawing the funds was immediate. All of this was great after trying other services for international payments where I had either excessive commissions, unclear process or hidden exchange rates.
