Ordered two pepper spray holders. The order was delayed without notice, I finally inquired and was told that I had been "overlooked" in the notification that was sent out. When the items finally arrived, one was a perfect fit and the other was so tight it was unusable. Even with the tension screw removed it was non-functional. I contacted customer support and sent pictures. They responded and asked for more pictures. I replied with the additional pictures TWICE and never heard another word from them. The one product is excellent. So if you're lucky enough to get a good one it's great stuff. However, if you don't, don't expect customer support to help you out. A very disappointing experience. I thought way more highly of this company before.
