High Speed Gear® is dedicated to building the best 100% American-made, battle-proven tactical gear™. HSGI® started as a custom shop in 1999, making gear for Marines at Camp Lejeune. Since then, the company has grown to be the largest full-time employer in Swansboro, N.C., with distinct and innovative products like the TACO® and the Sure-Grip® Padded Belt. Our products are designed for the highest level of comfort, functionality, and versatility. Satisfaction is guaranteed for all of our customers, whether military, law enforcement or responsibly armed citizens. Our products are user driven and are designed based on the operational experiences of a wide variety of end users. HSGI® products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Great gear but the wait time is…
Great gear but the wait time is horrendous. I've received 2 emails to review my order that has yet to begin to ship. I understand that you make your items per order but I will never buy any products directly from you again.

No update on order status
It has been 2 weeks and no update to my order. If the order is going to be delayed or on back order, at the least you could send an email with an update.

Set proper expectations!!!
Set proper expectations. Never was I told there was a 2-3 week lead time on the product I purchased. These are easily available through your distributors. Never purchasing directly from HSGI again.

Some instructions would be great
Some instructions would be great. There is a photo of it folded over but I can’t figure out how to attach it to my gear and make it work on my belt. Give me a diagram or something.

Ridiculously high shipping fees & woke PayPal is forced
Shipping was 50% the cost of a $35 item for the 2nd slowest shipping method known to man. HSG's margins are higher on shipping than their actual products. I likely won't buy from this retailer again due to this alone. You'll also need to know there is but one payment option and that is PayPal, the woke p.o.s. company that polices personal payments for firearms-related items and is well known for closing the accounts of retailers when PayPal disapproves of their social justice chops.
