I still haven't received the item & I have no information on when I will receive it.

I ordered a NES CLASSIC almost two weeks ago and have not received it. After reading the reviews that are available I’m not sure if I will receive anything from this company and if I do it’s not going to be the real authentic NES CLASSIC EDITION.I realized after really looking into the website and seeing they only offer two game consoles and some controllers on it that I probably should have stayed away from it.

Saw a lot of negative comments and was hesitant at first. Seller had great communication, answered all questions timely and assured me my purchase was legit. It was!!! I have my snes and it works perfectly. Fast shipping. Highly recommend this seller. Thanks again.

If I could give less stars than 1, I would. 1. The system is fake. 2. There isn’t any way to get into contact with any customer support team. 3. The company has a photo of the authentic system on their site but what gets delivered is a fake system (false advertising). 4. You’re paying for something you think is authentic only to be really disappointed when it comes. Anyone who is even thinking about purchasing through this website, DON’T. There are many authentic retailers on eBay. The first red flag on this site should have been the “all sales final”. Well, they shouldn’t be final when you falsely advertise a product on your website.

More like zero stars. I purchased an SNES Classic which I was assured (as I asked them directly) was a legit console manufactured by Nintendo. Upon receiving it, it was immediately evident in multiple ways—from the serial number, to the printing on the box, to the power adapter, to the cord color, to the console design, etc.—that it was fake. Which oddly didn’t disappoint me as much as being purposely lied to. Stay away from this “company” at all costs.

We received a fake product, we compared it with a real one it fails on everything, the real one is a darker grey and weights more, the one we received is a fake knock off.

Deadbeat ass company!!! I ordered a NES and it never arrived. I sent an email and called the number on the website and nothing. I received a text asking me to stop calling and texting them!! Bogus BULL
