No Returns Possible and No Additional Controllers
The CNES arrived after about 3 weeks, so prepare to wait a long time. I ordered an extra controller, which did not work. When I contacted them to return the controller, they ghosted me. I have since tried two wireless and two wired controllers purchased independently on Amazon; none of them worked. So, prepare for a one-controller only system if you want to go through these people. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the CNES system works.

We offer no questions asked returns. When you purchase a NES Classic, they come with one controller. It's been this way since they were released. When you login to your account, there's an options under your orders to do a return.
