My experience has been phenomenal. I had multiple help requests because I ordered my kit two weeks before moving states and wasn’t sure if I were to receive in time. The higher dose help team was on it with every request email I sent. Then the oil included in my kit was back ordered and they sent it to my previous address when it was available. However, when I reached out again, without hesitation, the HD team sent another one to my new address. This sweat blanket and kit has been exponential for my current mental and physical health and I am so grateful.
