I purchased the sauna blanket kit(including the blanket, insert, carrying bag, etc) in 2023 for Christmas, total cost was near $900. It worked great for ~10 months, then stopped heating. Customer service replaced the controller, didn't help. Had me send it back for a replacement. However, that cost me $40 in just packaging since it was very large, that they did not cover. I got the replacement, which again worked great for a little over a year before that controller went out. They replaced that but it didn't fix the issue. They tell me now my "free replacements" have run out and it is out of warranty. I understand they have to have a line, but neither product has worked for more than a year without issues and for almost a thousand dollars, that should not be acceptable. I would never purchase anything from this company again, it's not worth the risk or hassle even when it is under their limited warranty.

Ordered over a week ago. No sign of the product or any updates on shipping. Customer service are sending copy and paste responses with no commitment to when the item will be sent. Feels scammy.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with HigherDOSE. I placed my order on July 9th, and more than a month later it still hasn’t shipped. Throughout this time, customer support kept sending me vague, template-style responses with no concrete shipping date. Every time I asked for a real update, I just got generic apologies and promises that my order would ship “soon.” This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for such an expensive purchase. Instead of providing clear and honest communication, they kept delaying with empty reassurances. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company – the lack of transparency and reliability is very frustrating.

I've been a customer for over four years and I generally like the infrared mat, but it got ripped, and I asked for a replacement. They instead told me to buy another one for a discounted rate. I don't think this is a place that values its customers.

Due to the poor customer service. I will not be purchasing from them again. I had to email 3 times about the missing pieces to my so called bundle. I has emails stating what was in my delivery. So i sent those screenshots and they claimed the missing pieces were still coming. When they didn't i emailed again. THEY then claimed my pieces were not apart of my bundle. When I had screenshot to prove it was. I did a price comparison of breaking the bundle apart with their current sale they had during my purchase to see which was a better deal. Poor customer service lead to me not even using my product besides the day I received the blanket. A waste of over 750.00 stay away from this company. Also it's strange that you can't directly post a review on their site so it shows they are a 5 star which they are not ok at their BBB complaints.

The controller on my mat fail and I have not been able to get any resolution or response from customer support. I did not see these reviews before I purchased. No response after almost 6 months trying to contact them.

I was really looking forward to tying this product. I had only recently started using the mask when the connection from the mask to the battery was causing my mask to flicker. I reached out to customer service but never heard back. Now my battery is not staying charged. Wow! What’s waste of money! On top of this they send daily advertisements to my email box so I finally had to unsubscribe. I’m quite unimpressed with the company and very disappointed with this product. I had high hopes for it. I just think the company is not a very good company even though some of their products may work. They have a lot of improvements they need to make in order for their customers to be happy. One other note, you can call me a prude if you like, but I hate their sexual ads. Quality products don’t need sex in order to sell. I recommend others try Omni luxe the other company I bought from. They have answered my questions and even sent me an extra strap for my mask free. Their customer service is excellent and their product is high-quality. I recommend everybody go over there and shop from their store.

The mask are cheaply made, the cord shorts out in a short amount of time! Do not buy!!!!
