Sauna blanket is my non-negotiable
Quality products! I love this luxury lifestyle wellness brand. My favorite is the sauna blanket. I’ve been using mine for myself and my clients for the past couple years and have had great feedback and success. It is a non-negotiable for nervous system regulation and stress relief in my busy life. I’ve also recommended it in my new book The Glow Effect!

Amazing Gifts
Higher dose offers a great selection of products that I find useful in my self care routine. Some I use more than others, like my seratonin soak. I feel great after stepping out of the tub. I feel secure and confident purchasing from HigherDose knowing that the founders and owners are experts in their field - extremely knowledgeable about what it is they are producing and offering. Thank you for all that you do and allowing me to bring this into my home. Love the use videos too.
