I got three HiDock P1s from Kickstarter back in August 2025, and only one of them ended up having a swollen battery. I reached out to their customer support email on July 14, 2026. They got back to me within just a few hours to confirm the details, and by July 17, a brand-new P1 was already at my doorstep! Honestly, with any tech gadget these days, there's always a slight chance of a faulty component. But HiDock’s customer service was incredibly quick and professional, so I still have absolute confidence in their products!

I have used HiDock Devices H1, P1 and P1 Mini. The hardware is thoughtfully designed and quality built. It has reliably well for years now. I had a small glitch and tech support had it fixed the same day! The desire to make the AI experience better shows real investment the the future.

I have been pleasantly surprised by how professional, transparent and helpful this company has been, initially through the lengthy process of developing and shipping the product, keeping us informed of new developments, and then absolutely stellar support whenever they were needed. The products (Hidock P1 and P1 mini) are superb; amazing build quality and really perfectly innovative tools for the job. The software (Hinotes) just keeps getting better and better and more intuitive. Most of all, I have found them extremely responsive and positive as a company. I can't recommend them enough.

Beautifully designed hardware, I own the P1 and the P1 Mini. Perfectly portable, plug and play and go. The ability to capture your bluetooth, called "BlueCatch" is truly differentiating in a crowded market. For a professional using Teams, Zoom, etc plus the ability to record the room. The HiNotes app isn't perfect, but the speed at which the company both responds to feedback and rolls out improvements is impressive and unusual for a startup. They are transparent on their roadmap and deliverables. I have the unlimited plan and I have been extremely satisfied in my purchase.

The product arrives in good time, feels fine. There are no clear instructions on how to use it. the support is responsive but of no help. its supposed to market itself as something that records calls using iphones and airpods. it only records you, not the person you are talking to, the you tube videos are set up by people who know how to set it up, they are not designed for someone using first time. huge disappointment

Absolute garbage, no support replying to any message, no assistance, no invoices and lifetime transcriptions included is a lie (but it never works properly so i never had any transcription) In almost a year, none of the bugs was patched. Totally useless product.

I recently purchased the HiDock H1, and while it does have some good features, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The docking station is functional and works well most of the time, but I did notice some occasional connection issues when trying to sync with my devices. The design is sleek, but I feel like it could be a bit sturdier. Also, while the setup was easy, the instructions could have been clearer – I had to spend a bit of time figuring things out on my own. Overall, it’s a decent product, but not the best I’ve used. I think there’s room for improvement, especially with the connectivity aspect.

Spent 5 days trying to get suppprt as it can only record one end of the call... Absolute trash.
