I had a self-inflicted problem with my HiDock P1 being recognized by HiNotes. Support was superb and near real time in their informative responses, as good or better than any other support I've received. My HiDock has been an invaluable tool for me, both in business and home. I am totally happy with HiDock customer service and confident that should any more issues arise they will be quickly resolved.

I bought the HiDock P1 and am very satisfied with its features. I look forward to the product's evolution and getting the most out of it. Customer service is excellent; they answered a question of mine quickly and efficiently. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that some help resources are a bit outdated. Congratulations.

This H1 is my fourth product from HiDock, I was an early backer when they first started. Over the years there was the occasional problem or support request that I would have. The first issue I had was related to a feature that I needed disabled, don't recall exactly what, but they had an undocumented way of doing it and when I wasn't able to get it done, they shipped out a replacement configured for my requirements. The most recent experience was being unable to update the firmware. The response was quick and they provide some simple instructions to do some testing. That failed, I sent the output, and they confirmed they will send a replacement, just received the tracking info a short while ago. This all happened in the span of one day. My experience over the years with HiDock products and support has always been great. I've dealt with support from many companies over the years and can genuinely say that I wish they would support as well as HiDock. My experience has been one of efficiency, no fuss, simple process to replace hardware. For the folks that have had the opposite experience, I do think it may be the exception because of the 3-4 times I've needed support, it was never an issue.

A game changer for meetings and calls HiDock has been incredibly helpful for both meetings and phone calls. It allows me to stay fully focused on the conversation instead of getting distracted by taking notes or worrying that I might forget something important. The transcripts and AI-generated summaries are accurate, organized, and genuinely useful. At this point, they have become an essential part of how I manage follow-ups after meetings. The device itself is very easy to use, small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, and has excellent battery life. I recently used it during an in-person meeting where I was actually having trouble hearing some of the people in the room, but HiDock still picked up everything clearly. I was extremely impressed by the recording quality. I also had to contact customer support when a transcript and summary were not generating and I was unsure why. They responded quickly, explained what was happening, and helped me fix the issue. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Overall, it is a reliable, convenient, and high-quality device that has made my meetings and calls much more productive. I highly recommend it.

I got three HiDock P1s from Kickstarter back in August 2025, and only one of them ended up having a swollen battery. I reached out to their customer support email on July 14, 2026. They got back to me within just a few hours to confirm the details, and by July 17, a brand-new P1 was already at my doorstep! Honestly, with any tech gadget these days, there's always a slight chance of a faulty component. But HiDock’s customer service was incredibly quick and professional, so I still have absolute confidence in their products!

I have used HiDock Devices H1, P1 and P1 Mini. The hardware is thoughtfully designed and quality built. It has reliably well for years now. I had a small glitch and tech support had it fixed the same day! The desire to make the AI experience better shows real investment the the future.

I have been pleasantly surprised by how professional, transparent and helpful this company has been, initially through the lengthy process of developing and shipping the product, keeping us informed of new developments, and then absolutely stellar support whenever they were needed. The products (Hidock P1 and P1 mini) are superb; amazing build quality and really perfectly innovative tools for the job. The software (Hinotes) just keeps getting better and better and more intuitive. Most of all, I have found them extremely responsive and positive as a company. I can't recommend them enough.

Beautifully designed hardware, I own the P1 and the P1 Mini. Perfectly portable, plug and play and go. The ability to capture your bluetooth, called "BlueCatch" is truly differentiating in a crowded market. For a professional using Teams, Zoom, etc plus the ability to record the room. The HiNotes app isn't perfect, but the speed at which the company both responds to feedback and rolls out improvements is impressive and unusual for a startup. They are transparent on their roadmap and deliverables. I have the unlimited plan and I have been extremely satisfied in my purchase.
