The biggest problem and why I wouldn't recommend them is they don't care about the quality of their laptops they sell, its a buy at your own risk from them, your very much at the mercy of where they buy their products from. The only reason I wouldn't give them a lower rating is their customer service is at least ok, but doesn't even begin to cover the bad laptops this company sells. Buy at your own risk here. If you do buy do alot of research on what your buying because it'll either be good or as it was in my case a bad laptop.

Preface this by saying I did not place the order, from reading reviews and my experience with the site, it did not seem advisable. Came across a laptop that was half price (Asus GL551VW-DS71 @$499.99) and was interested. However, they have no specs listed. There was a tab at the bottom of the page when I first found the site, but it has since disappeared and will not show in any browser. I don't know anyone that would buy a laptop without at least a casual glance at the specs. It makes me suspicious of the situation, and reading the reviews here at trustpilot makes me glad for my caution. I wanted to see if the motherboard was on Asus's list of those that can upgrade to Windows 11, but that's impossible with no information provided.

Very friendly people but very slow to respond when issues arise. I bought a laptop from them but had to return it because I ordered the incorrect one. They accommodated me with the return but this was when problems arose. I requested a gaming laptop for the processing power, most have, and long battery life for said power. They told me they would get a laptop out to me in the time I needed but when that time came I received a call. They told me they were not able to get the laptop I requested and they gave me some alternative options. We went thru the options and I clearly asked about the processing and battery. They assured me it was a great computer. I got the computer and there have been nothing but annoying issues. The worst issue is the battery will not charge fully and dies within an hour of normal Word document writing and minimal web surfing. Now, no one from the office is answering my calls or emails. They said they would send me a repair RMA form before Thanksgiving and a month later still nothing. No email or calls. As it stands I would not recommend this company!
