Have been strung along for MONTHS on my…
Have been strung along for MONTHS on my purchase. They offered for me to select a slab on ebay of equivalent value instead of the ones I "won" on their site, which I did, and it has been MONTHS since then and even the replacement slab STILL has not shipped. Edit: I eventually filed a charge back with my bank after STILL being drug along after all this time (July 28th) My bank refunded me within 24 hours after they reviewed the case, which should tell you that they're possibly used to dealing with this scammy company. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Pulled some cards end of April requested shipment a week later. Waited over a month for a shipment but nothing. Reached out to customer service and got a sob story of major growth and being understaffed. I find it extremely hard to believe putting cards in a shipping box/bag and putting a shipping label on them is that difficult to get a few done each day. I feel like they are trying to take money from people string them along just long enough to when they can’t do a charge back anymore. Stay away from these scummy people.

Hello Nate! We deeply apologize for the delay in shipping your requested Gardevoir EX and Saguaro slabs. As a small family startup working out of our garage, we admit we are not a perfect company yet. We ran into big issues such as scammers using stolen credit cards to play and redeem free slabs, which resulted in multiple chargebacks. This ultimately caused our payment processor to hold our funds for months and we could not fulfill our backlog of many of our loyal customer's orders until recently. Also with the PSA grading delays and larger companies swooping up all of the graded cards on the market, there have been times when we could not obtain specific graded cards. If you have not opened a chargeback yet, we are willing to work it through with you and let you select any card of your choice equivalent to your winning value and we will expedite it to you to make it right. Big scam u can pay to ship the cards u pull and they won’t send anything. I hope a lawsuit eventually takes place.

Hello Jimmy! We deeply apologize for hearing you have not received your requested slabs yet. As a small starting business working out of our garage, we try have as many cards as we can in-stock. We also like to support small local card shops as well by picking up slabs when they are available, but unfortunately with the extended PSA grading time and cost, many of the larger companies have been buying up many of the specific grade slabs on the market. When we have to resort to ordering from eBay or Fanatics, many sellers even cancel the card multiple times due to them not having them in-stock or because they realize the value has gone up, which is why there has been a delay in you receiving your slabs. If you have not opened a chargeback yet, we are willing to make things right and let you choose any card of your choice, as long as it is equivalent to your winning value. It's a scam
Orderd cards April 8th, still have not recieved cards (June 14th). Lots of run arounds via email communication. first contacted 2 weeks after ordered asking for status. They stated cards would ship within 2 weeks of ordering. 19 emails back and forth of "working on it", refund refused.

Scam company
Scam company. Take your money elsewhere because they will not send you your card if you get lucky. I have been trying to get tracking information for a card since April. I was told it was purchased and being prepared for shipment on May 17th. Still no tracking information or response other than “We will check with our fulfillment team” and then no follow up, despite regular emails from me. You’re better off doing Packz, Arena Club, or Courtyard.io…I haven’t had cards held hostage from them.

As a small company working out of our garage, we do our best to stock up on as many cards as we can, but with so many types of cards of different grades, especially with the PSA delay in grading and many larger companies buying up all of the slabs, we experienced about 6 re-order cancellations when we tried to fulfill your card from local card stores, ebay, and fanatics when they realized the card value has gone up or was not in-stock. There was a lot of back and forth and waiting for funds to be refunded before re-ordering again, which was why there was a delay in getting you your requested slab and we apologize for that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BS SCAM SITE
Copied someone else’s review but had this exact experience. Just a bs company that screws you out of your money. They need to be held accountable and run into the ground. NO ONE BUY FROM THIS SITE. Waste of your time and money Scummy people and nothing but scams have had cards supposed to be sent to me since January emailed numerous times I keep getting an automated bs reply about how they are working out of a garage finally got ahold of someone and they don’t have my cars so they tell me to go to eBay and pick one of equal value I did the said cool we will get it out to you this was two months ago I emailers them agian and they say that card was out of stock which clearly it wasn’t unless they waited around to long to purchases it and they won’t refund me. I plus not recommend to anybody. What trash this company is.
