It’s sad to see such a good looking website be so horrible with shipping times. Customer service is okay but I feel like they lie about the shipping just to make you feel comfortable. To put it into perspective they have not even shipped my cards and it’s been 4 months. Extremely disappointed. I asked and PAID 7 dollars for each card to be shipped. On May 8th 2026, it’s now Augusta 18th 2026. No shipping label no tracking number no shipment just lies about when it will be shipped.

I requested a shipment over a month ago and it’s still pending. I have reached out multiple times for help with no response.

Paid 25$ to have slab shipped. Been over 2 months. Have contact support. Response was fast but no resolve or and eta. Just a," sorry we're new."

SCAM SCAM SCAM. its been about over 3 months and beennnavk and forth with them to refund the money cause they dont have my slabs, theu offer to chose a slab on ebay thats worth 110$ and I chosen one and still couldn't get it, gave them time and they come out with some b.s, so I ask to refund my shipping and cost of slab money and they hit me with the oldest lamest excuse, "im sorry for the inconvenience my team is doing their best to solve the issue and send the slabs" its been over how long and still trying, and its even more difficult to get my refund back. DO NOT GIVE THIS SCAM INDIAN COMPANY BUSINESS THEY WILL LIE AND WONT GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN.

This company is terrible. Ive been waiting since april for my cards and i keep getting the same BS automated reply saying they are a family owned business . Please save your money and do not waste it with this website they are a complete SCAM. Stick to arena club & courtyard. Only 2 legit companies.

Won a drawing never received won cards never received 3 months of its coming next week never came finally I had to reverse my purchase through my credit card company. Lies excuses then ignored... Fraud...

They have had me waiting for my cards for months. When I asked for my cards twice all I got was the same copy paste message from the other people on this site. I’m willing to take anything at this point any exchange but I wouldn’t even get the offer. I don’t think I’ll ever get the cards I paid for. Avoid this company, maybe one day they will get their ducks in a line, but it’s a definite no for now Moving up to 3 for now, got a response, will go back to 1 if I’m ghosted from here Was ghosted again back to 1 star

I initially was unsure about the company - reviews were mixed. I went ahead and gave them a try and I won a couple of pretty cool cards. I asked for shipment, and they didn’t have the cards in stock, so they reached out pretty quickly and asked me to pick comparable value items off Ebay. I did same day, they got them shipped to me ASAP and I had the items by the next week. Honestly a pretty cool experience.
