I asked for cards to be mailed to me on March 17. In May I started questioning them. At first their customer service got right back to me and offered a replacement single card to replace the order. Even sent pics and ebay listings of the cards I would take. But then two more months went by and I kept getting the run around. Finally in August, I filed a transaction dispute with my credit card company for the deposits I had made. They told me I had waited too long to dispute the charges. So I guess as long as a scam can string you along for a couple of months, they just get away with it. Sad really.

I requested two under 25$ slabs to be shipped to me on Apr 6, 2026, it has now been 5 months and they have stopped replying to emails. And these were not free slabs, i spent at least 50$ on my account meaning i essentially just bought these slabs for market, and still nothing no emails, no tracking no resolution. There has even been a market downturn recently, pokemon cards have come down a lot so they have no excuse. What this looks like to me is straight up criminal negligence, they got the money from people for these cards, probably spent it, and now no longer have money to send my cards or anyone else’s. It’s like a giant ponzi scheme. And don’t believe that “we are a small company working out of a garage” crap. They told me that same shtick months ago. If you can’t run a business properly and manage funds properly, don’t open one. Stay away from this company, and do not spend any amount of money here.

Hidden Hits feels like scam and probably should be investigated. I have been waiting over 5 months now for my cards to be shipped. They are perpetually 'in process' and I am told they are 'swamped' but are working on the shipment for the last 3 months. Stay away

id give zero if I could. Im reporting fraud and have to call the bank waited 60 days and nothing... everything is pending and they refuse to reply to my emails and let me know what's going on.... do not waste your time or money on these con jobs

Horrible, waited 30 days never got my card, waited 60 days no card. Not even a tracking number. I emailed with no response. Just a scam company.

Pulled cards I️ wanted shipped all the way in May. Never shipped them still and it’s September. Emailed them numerous times, they reply the same nonsense every time.

Requested cards april 22nd. They eventually said I could choose a card on ebay. I did. That changed nothing it will have been 4 months in a few days. Each time ive reached out its always in the current batch' My wife also requested hers shipped they wont even reply to her
