I joined HiCounselor mid-March, right about when COVID forced a national lockdown. For about 3-4 months after that, I worked actively with Aditya and his team at HiCounselor to identify real opportunities, reach out and network with folks in the industry, actively prepare for networking calls, and first/second/third round job interviews. I have had an immensely positive experience with HiCounselor not just because it helped me find a job (which is no doubt the primary reason) but also because the team would work with me every week to make sure my job search was not slacking, which was crucial in a time when hiring was painfully slow.
