I like this platform as it provides a great learning opportunity for the candidates looking for the job in this tough market scenario. It helps to build your profile that showcase your talent and your competency to work in team and collaboration. The perks are amazing i.e. the prizes that the top 5 people receive (although i believe it would be better to have some different parameters to judge as asking people to join hicounselor is way too difficult).

The real world gave me hands on experience with the trending technologies.

The project given by HiCounselor gave me hands on experience on real world data analysis problem. The project comprises of two modules. The first module is based on EDA in which there is need to import dataset, clean dataset and make data fit for SQL analysis. In second module the analysis is done using SQL queries. The good thing about it is that the project gave me idea on how to connect SQL to python jupyter notebook.

I enjoyed my experience because it gave me the ability to have some hands-on experience with data analytics. I'm grateful for that and the chance to show companies that I can use SQL and Python effectively. It's only not a 5 star because many times throughout the completion of the activity I put in the right code and there was an error. I would walk away from my computer for a while, run the same code, and get a success.

It was a great experience working in real datasets and looks like an excellent inititative for freshers who are in need of internships.
