HiCASERSReviews of hicasers.com

I've been waiting a month and a half and still haven't received the case I ordered. I emailed them multiple times asking about the delay and demanding a refund. Each time they give me a new excuse: it's tariffs, it's wildfires, it's customs, it's a holiday. Still haven't received my product or my money back. Will never shop with them again!

Never received my phone cases. Emailed about the issue and never got a response.

I’ve requested a refund but they have not responded to my query despite following up many times. Even though it is in their refund policy they keep insisting other options rather than providing a refund. And not only that, my order was delivered after 1.5 months.

The case was so much better than expected, they are all so sturdy and really do protect your phone, I’m so clumsy and dropped my phone a few times but there’s not even one scratch and they look so so pretty😍

I recently had the opportunity to try out HiCasers’ iPhone cases, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The quality is outstanding—sturdy, durable, and provides excellent protection for my phone. The design is sleek and stylish, combining aesthetics with practicality, which is exactly what I look for in a phone case. What I loved the most is the attention to detail in functionality; the buttons are easy to press, and the fit is perfect. It doesn’t add unnecessary bulk while ensuring my phone is secure. My overall experience with the brand was fantastic. Their customer service was prompt and friendly, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend HiCasers for anyone looking for a reliable and stylish phone case. Five stars from me

I love their phone cases. Firstly they’re so cute and perfect! But also they’re such good quality and sturdy. I love that they’re not flimsy.

HiCASERS phone cases are sooo nice! They have so many different print options. The cases are hard shell and very durable! Highly recommend them!
