I've been waiting a month and a half and still haven't received the case I ordered. I emailed them multiple times asking about the delay and demanding a refund. Each time they give me a new excuse: it's tariffs, it's wildfires, it's customs, it's a holiday. Still haven't received my product or my money back. Will never shop with them again!

Never received my phone cases. Emailed about the issue and never got a response.

I’ve requested a refund but they have not responded to my query despite following up many times. Even though it is in their refund policy they keep insisting other options rather than providing a refund. And not only that, my order was delivered after 1.5 months.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! I am in the USA and they ripped me off of a Christmas case. Acted all nice when I said I did not get a confirmation email and then NEVER SENT ONE and TOOK MONEY OUT of my bank within less then an hour I’D NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD DO NOT ORDER

Order #6348 Aug 8th, 2024 I ordered a case that was clearly blue. In video, in photos and description it looks blue/green. It arrived mostly pink and I was told this is normal. After several complaints and multiple emails they finally offered to replace it. Now every time i select one i want (blue) they say ‘it is out of stock.’ However, if I go to the website it does not say ‘out of stock’ and i can order it there!?! Ive told them this 3x with no reply. Most recently I asked for a credit / gift / promo code to replace the case (that arrived pink) so I can order it direct from the website. No reply. Nothing. Now its Nov 23rd, 2024!? Its been 3 months of their absurd lies and false promises.

Order came today but wasn‘t complete. One item is missing. Had to wait long to get my order and honestly I am not happy with the quality - my case is very bulky and not very shiny at all (should be the clue of the case) I will order something else somewhere else. Hopefully the HD Gem Screen Tempered Protector will arrive soon and hopefully it is a better quality than the case!!! Otherwise ist was waste of Money The protection glass came today and it doesn‘t fit. I have ordered one for iPhone 15 and received maybe one for iPhone 15 max?! It was a terrible experience to buy here! (11/16/24) Aaaaaaand I couldn‘t see anywhere that the website / the shop is in Shanghai, I realized it in the process of payment.

Says it’s been delivered but I haven’t received anything. They said they will “look into it” but no other update. Ughhhhh what a scam. I order cases all the time and this is the first company that has done this to me. I would love a refund.

Ordered a “new” case 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I contacted support but they never got back to me. It says on their website that they usually ship orders after 2 business days but then it says in other places on their website that it takes 7-15 business days. It’s the 15th business day for me and still no shipment. Update: It shipped a day after I wrote this and got here about a week and a half later. It came from China. I can’t really say that I love the phone case. The sides are distracting and the back isn’t as awesome as the pictures on their website.
