Worst app and store in the world. They just told me I won the raffle for the Yeezy Zyon but the app won’t work to let me confirm. So I call customer service and they have the audacity to tell me, that sucks and I probably should just try to buy it on release day, even though I won this raffle. They told me they can not confirm my spot in the raffle for what I won even though I am literally talking to the corporate of Hibbett and their “tech/app experts” this is the last time I use this app for anything. I wish I could give negative stars.

I ordered a few pair of sneakers never recieved them after being on hold and back and fourth for hours was told I will get a e-gift card as a refund to place another order. Never recieved that as well and was lied to multiple times by management with hibbett and route. Do not order from them

Hibbett Sports in Evansville Indiana has poor Customer Service despite it seems as if the Female Manager trains her employees to be rude as well. Management makes there own rules which is not what is supposed to be carried out. Management has been caught by customer back dooring pairs of shoes that supposed to be raffled. Overall they need to be monitored and get new management and staff at that store.

This website isn’t reliable at all, I placed the order with gift card and the order didn’t go though but they have charged from my gift card and I contacted them, they said they will reissue but it has been many days and no new gift card was arrived. All other website , when the order got failed they won’t charge, but this website charge money without order go though, really bad experience with them.

90% of my orders are always canceled. Refunds take so long to process. When I receive my orders (1) the size was completely not what I ordered. Receiving items take way too long. Overall this customer service is poor.

I wish I could've gave them no stars at all. I ordered some jeans 3 days later I got an email stating that they are sorry but my order has been canceled because they don't have my jeans in stock. I was upset but I said hey let me try to order some different jeans so I ordered two more pair 4 days later I got an email stating that they're sorry but my jeans are not in stock (neither pair) and my order has been cancelled once again worst experience ever I will NEVER go back

Do not order from hibbett!! I ordered a pair of shoe for my daughter in about March about this time a lot places started closing because of Cov-19. After a while I didn't receive the shoes so I called customer service, the rep stated that a lot of Hibbett stores are close so give them time I should receive the shoes. So I decided to wait a little longer since my daughter wanted the shoes, I still never receive them after some of their stores opening back up. I then called customer service again this rep told me they was going to refund my money give it 7 to 10 days to show up in my account, needless to say I never received a refund. I called customer service again this rep said he was going to have a supervisor call me back. The supervisor called me back to tell me I wasn't going to get a refund because it was out of hibbett claims period to file a claim. Terrible service i never received my shoes and they don't want to refund my money.

Bad customer service. I ordered some shorts they sent the wrong item. I returned them over 2 months and still haven't recieved my refund.
