This is my second time doing this I’m really getting pissed off no one is really trying to help me please have someone contact me

The sign of a great company, is what happens when a customer REALLY needs help, when something goes wrong! Ordered a pair of shoes on 7/26/20, here it is the 8/10/20... STILL no shoes. Ups has lost them, so be it, it happens... BUT I have sent 3 emails, 10+ FB messages, 4 phone calls and STILL no response. I have ABSOLUTELY no idea what is going on. I told them on a phone call that I wanted to cancel the order, they said that once it ships, they cant....., THEY can see that its lost, they just don't know what to do! Pathetic. I will just order from Nike, Footlocker, Eastbay, ANYONE except Hibbett!!!!

Absolutely terrible company!!!!!!!!!!! Placed orders for around 5 pairs of jeans and all but 2 have been canceled. Cancellation emails are still rolling to my email so I won't be surprised if they cancel every order that I placed. They shouldn't have apparel on their showcase floor if they know it affects online shoppers. I'm highly disappointed and will shop elsewhere from now on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This store is a big joke every time when the latest sneakers are release they always say they are sold out!!!!!! How can you be SOLD OUT at 10:00 am and you just made it available to your customers at 10:00 am you need to Stop the bull !!! You know what People we as the Customers need to Stop GETTING PLAYED and shop at other Business or consider Cutting back buying these Products ALL TOGETHER BECAUSE IT'S JUST NOT FAIR TO THE CONSUMER!!! WE ARE PLAYING OUR OWN SELVES WITH THIS NOSENSE........

What on earth has happened to hibbetts? They used to be a reputable place. Always a go to place for me. No more, im done with them. Expecting a birthday present to be shipped. No email, no shipping confirmation, no correspondence at all! Thanks for nothing. I have learned my lesson.

Terrible. Did not deliver on shipping promises, cs reps had no clue when my order was coming. If you order adidas shoes from there, they just order from adidas and have them shipped to you. I texted to complain and they could not have cared less that I was unhappy. Stay away.

This is unprofessional company. I purchase my tshirt on June 24,2020. I just received my t shirt today. I kept reaching out to them my text, phone and chat I didn’t get any help. I ask someone to get a supervisor to call me within 48 hrs no call back. I wouldn’t prefer nobody to purchase online orders for hibbett sports. I am not satisfied with their services at all.

I placed an order for some shoes and it processed and they took money out of my account. Paid for 3 day shipping too. I Try to check the status of my order and it’s no where to be found. Money still not put back into my account and I can’t get ahold of a representative in customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WONT RECEIVE ANYTHING AND THEYLL TAKE YOUR MONEY
