Placed an order through Klarna and my account was charged four times, because their website is junk and crashes all the time! When calling either customer support for Hibbitt or Klarna they refer you back to the other company. Return orders get lost and when filing a claim.. you don't hear anything back, EVER! They've officially lost my business!

Banned EU, and if I'm in Europe banning me from accessing the website too!

Shady website with horrible customer service! I ordered some shoes n used my Apple Pay and some how when I checked my email the shipping n billing address was my ex boyfriends and I called the company to get the correct name and address and they said there’s nothing they can do and I can’t cancel my order because there’s only a hour window after u place a order to cancel. The only thing I can do is when I get the ups tracking number is redirect it to my address but sounds like it will be a problem considering it’s in someone else’s name! Hope my bank will help me and stop payment because I do not want to call my ex boyfriend :(. Why even have customer service if they can’t even help with a address change? Never ordering from them again!

I've ordered twice from Hibbett and both times my orders were cancelled. Why are they doing this when the items are still available to purchase online? Makes me wonder if they are just trying to get my card/bank info. I will never bother to even look at this site again!

Worst company I have ever dealt with on-line. Spent an extra $22.99 on 1-3 day delivery and didn’t receive it till 6 days later. 3 weeks later still looking for a refund that I know will never come. Will NEVER deal with this company ever again. Thank for making that decision easy.

The worst!!!site crashes at the moment I’m selecting size! Specially on the day I was looking forward to getting a particular shoe!?!?(Jordan 12 Indigo) it’s just upsetting site keep on crashing allowing me back on the site once the shoes had sold out!!!!!!! Speaks volumes on your infrastructure with the online purchases an on the app!! And how much your really value your customers, will never purchase again from this store nor will recommend anyone to do so.

Made a purchase online and paid by Apple Pay, didn’t get a confirmation email so reached out to CS. They informed me the payment didn’t go through, however they still put a hold on your account. Makes no sense.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a soccer Jersey for my dad's birthday. It been 3 weeks! His birthday was a week ago! I kept checking the tracking number on my email and the delivery date changed about six times. I even sent emails and they're filthy liars. Said to give it about 24 hours for a reply, seriously? Thats unprofessional I don't even know how they're still open at this point.
