when they launch new shoes it wanted to verify that I'm not computer and totally is a screwed up site

Terrible company to deal with! Do not buy anything from them! I purchased a flag from their site and it completely faded in 8 weeks. I asked them to address the issue and was told the manufacturer handled that...no assistance or concern...talk about "customer no-service"! This is why businesses like Hibbett loose customers...at least try to make your customers happy and if nothing else, be concerned you're selling crap-products!

Would give no stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! Whatever u do dont ever buy from them you will not get the right order and no one will help you!!!

If I could rate them zero I would. DO NOT SHOP WITH HIBBETT SPORTS. Made my first purchase ever and never received my package. UPS sent it to USPS and USPS can’t find my package. Called my bank and got my $190.00 back. They’re stealing good people hard earned money. Try FOOTLOCKER or CHAMPS, I always receive my packages when I order with them.

Awful, customer service is literally non-existent. Ordered shoes, they took my money out and I got an email saying the shoes have shipped. Its been a week since then and two weeks since I've ordered them and UPS says that the label has been created but the shipment has not been dropped off at UPS yet. Can't get ahold of anyone and it won't let me cancel the order. Wish I would have seen all these reviews before ordering.

Order some Air Forces online before leaving to go out of town. I received them the day of depature, only to get them and the package and shoes are damages. The left shoe had a heavy crease at the toe. And it was also several spots on the shoe. I filed the claim soon as I got home and opened the package before leaving. I sent pictures and wrote a statement. The denied my claim. Please do not order from this store. It will save you money and time going else where. The free insurance policy is so you can think you placing your order stress free. Its a joke!!

What is the value of having an online business and you cant even accept payment of purchases by customers and make your website user friendly? Hibbet have nice products, very sad they cant setup their secure checkout system correctly. I just wasted 2 hours trying to checkout what i bought and still cant get it through. If you cant have a SECURE, user friendly order placement and checkout process, why are you in business? I hope they dont store my card information. Can i give ZERO STAR for their effort?

I purchased multiple products from this company, from sneakers and clothing and accessories!!!!! And multiple times I have gave them chances to fix unfortunate situation with my online purchases, meaning items keep being cancelled because the system didn’t realize it was sold out and etc. Every time they would offer 20% off my next purchase based on the order being canceled. But then there were purchases that was delivered that had security tags on them. Unfortunately, based on COVID-19 at the time you were not allowed to go into stores, also there were no Hibbett stores in the Connecticut area. So I would expect someone from Hibbett to tell me to ship it back for them to take off the security tag and ship it back to me. Nope that is not allowed according to Staff/Executives in the Corporate Office. So the best they can do is have me purchase the items again and for me to send the items with security tags back. And ever time with those purchases they would be canceled based on now they are sold out. Once again, Why Could They Just Not Send Back The Original Purchase Product without the Security Tag!!!!! One of the Supervisors of Customers Services told me she didn’t believe me. First of all, the items were not that serious to lie about a security tag being on them, and what would I have to gain from that because I still have to return the item. Anyway, I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!! And they lost a good loyal customer!!!!! Shame on Hibbett!!!!!
