I was awarded a raffle for a pair of Air Jordan 11 Jubilles. I submitted my payment information and was assured I purchased a pair. I received an email today stating my order was canceled. I was given feedback from customer service saying there was an issue with the inventory. At this point I can’t purchase from a retailer at retail price. I’ve purchased quite a few items from Hibbett and thought of myself as a valued customer. I will no longer be purchasing anything from Hibbett Sports.

Worst shopping experience ever. I got confirmation that my order was shipped on 1128 so it would arrive in time for Christmas I check my email every day to see when it would arrive finally after many days I contacted hibbets and asked about my order and they informed me that it was lost even though the carrier says it was never picked up I asked the associate if I may have shipped to store and pick up so that I may have in time for Christmas since it was in through no fault of my own and I was told no offered no assistance they were rude to me and basically told me that I was just screwed I will never shop there again

I would definitely give no stars if I could. The customer service is TERRIBLE if something goes wrong with your order which for me they sent the wrong shoe! It was correct on the shipping label, but the shoe they package was no where near correct. Trying to get them to fix their error was impossible. They just wantt to keep charging your card. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Now it's ruined as I couldn't find the shoe anywhere else. They probably don't even really have the shoe in stock. Whatever u do dont ever buy from them you will not get the right order and no one will help you!!!

I ordered my shoes and after wearing them a few times I noticed that the seam was split. I talked to a worker about it and they told me it was because of wear and tear. A seam? Really? There was no way that me wearing them a few times could have SPLIT A SEAM. The customer is always right. I should have been able to trade them in for the split seams but the most they offered was a 10% discount. I am very dissatisfied and will not be buying from here again.

Tried to order some shoes online. Couldn't get my rewards to sync with my online account. It kept saying my phone number was incorrect. I call customer service as it suggests and I now have been on the phone with a lady for 16 minutes. She has no idea how to find my phone number linked to my rewards account. There is a baby screaming in the background and this went no where. This is too much trouble. I bought the same shoes from Champs with no issues for the same price.. SAD SAD customer service.

Hibbetts is a load of bull. They were great for some time until they STOLE my rewards. I had $50 of rewards that I EARNED and they cancelled the order I used it on and said they will not reissue my rewards because I am a “reseller” (which is not true). Such a scam. DO NOT USE
