If I could give ZERO stars, I would too. This is absolutely THE WORST company I have ever dealt with for customer service. I got an early start on holiday shopping due to the pandemic. I am a couple days past the return window because of this, and they are unwilling to budge. EVERY other company I have ordered from—literally EVERY single one—extends its holiday return policy. This is the one present my son was really looking forward to. Now he has a $100 pair of sneakers that don’t fit. Thank you for helping to make this holiday so special, Hibbett. Unbelievable!!!! Never shop here!!!!

I will never order or buy anything else from Hibbett Sports!! I ordered my child some shoes for Christmas on the 17th...an my order just now getting processed on the 29th. When on the website it’s clearly said order before the 20th an your package will be delivered before the 25th....

Purchased pants and a t shirt, they sent the pants with the alarm store tag told me i have to return the pants (mail back no store in my state) and order purchase again lol like really that’s your only solution? Now im still waiting on my refund and its been over a month , spoke with a rep for refund and still have yet to receive my refund.. 0 stars would’ve been more appropriate

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Ordered a gift a few weeks before Christmas.. paid extra for shipping to ensure that I received it in time.. never did. Chatted with a “team member” who was absolutely no help! I ended up having to file a claim with their insurance company! It seems like that type of thing happens often. Would definitely recommend ordering elsewhere.

Zero stars!! Ordered shoes 12/4. Confirmation of ordering and shipping 12/5. Except they never shipped. Tracking stops at label created 12/5. Filed a claim a week ago with no response. Called Hibbett today and they won’t resend or refund my order. Said nothing they can do and that it’s out of their hands now. I just need to wait until some 3rd part company reviews my claim!

Totally Ignored I visited the valley station store on 12-22-20. I was ignored by all 3 male employees in the store. I'm a African American female. Two white customers came in the store and they were greeted warmly and ask if they needed help. I wondered why I was not greeted the same way as the other customers. I went to footlocker and purchased 3 pairs of shoes for grandkids. I will not spend another dime in that store in the future!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I got an email that said my order has shipped back on Dec 12th. On Dec 20th I called customer service to see what the hold up was on my order and they said there was no reason. It just hasn’t made it to the carrier yet to be shipped. It is now 10:30pm Dec 22 and the delivery status still says the shipping facility has not received package from the seller yet. This is freaking ridiculous. I most CERTAINLY will not be doing business with them again.

It's a negative for me! Definitely -5 stars... Please don't waste your time. Order a shirt on December 7th. Received confirmation the 9th. Everything was going great. 10 days came & went, tracking is saying it hasn't been shipped. Waiting for the claim to be reviewed. Out of a gift and money. Upset with myself because I didn't read the reviews.
