I never order from them again I ordered my shoes on the 25 of Jan in I just got my shoes first off they didn’t even have the right numbers for the shipping had to wait to till Usps re due it wait own my tracking number like the experience with this app sucks

Online store is a ripoff. Ordered shoes Jan 6th. Hibbett online store, shipped the shoes without a street address, it only had the apt #, city, state and zip code. Somebody falsified info that it was delivered at my door. How was it delivered without a street address? They did not accept the responsibility for their MISTAKE. Trying to get refund through paypal. Never again will I buy anything from Hibbett. Who is the owner of these stores?

Horrible! Never received my shoes...now I'm trying to get a refund! This will take some time! I ordered the shoes on 12/4/2020...it's 2/5/21 and they're still not ready to ship. Do not order from this website!!!

I had an online chat with a representative today to ask a very simple question..."Can you have an online order shipped directly to the local store for pickup?" The answer (which I saved the transcript) was "Yes". I then asked for verification because that wasn't an option at checkout. The two (2) options were, 1. Ship to home or 2. Pickup from Store. The pickup from store option was only if the item was available and sold at that particular store. That wasn't my question. My question was...since the item was clearly in stock online from the Hibbett Warehouse, could it be shipped to the local store for customer pickup instead of a home address? The answer is apparently No. To clarify I called Customer Service directly. (A call I recorded where the representative was just as oblivious as the chat representative) She failed to comprehend a simple question as well. I had to break it down to remedial terminology. Please send your representatives to comprehension and or comprehensive training. It it vital for effective communication. Thanks!

I ordered a pair of jordans and received a pair of Reebok’s without a receipt! This has to be a dream.

Worse service ever never ordering from this place again no type of help on the phone orders a 4 size toddler got sent a 4 size jr big difference customer service was no dam help now I have to mail back and wait for a refund

ZERO STARS!! I placed a Ready in 90 minutes order for a pair of shoes that were needed that night only to be told by the store that they did not have the size I needed and that I would have to call customer service in order to cancel the order. When I spoke with customer service I was told that since it had been over an hour since I placed the order they would have to submit a cancelation request in order to cancel the order and that I would receive an email in 24 hours with the cancelation number. I spoke with customer service on December 31st because it had been 24 hours and I had not received the email. At this time, I was told that the order was canceled and that I should see the refund within 3-5 days.I thought that was the end of this process, but no! On January 2nd I received an email from Hibbett that stated that my order is shipping. I called customer service once again and was told by Diane that she did everything right and that all she can do at that time was submit another cancelation request which would take another 24-48 hours. I also called this morning, because at this point I just want my money back, to be told by the representative that she does not see any correspondence from me calling after the 30th and that there isn't a way for Hibbett to guarantee the order will be canceled before it shipped and that there isn't an ETA as to when I would receive a refund. I don't want the shoes, I just want my $220 back without having to drive an hour out of my way to process a return for an item I canceled. Foot Locker gave me excellent customer service December 30th when I could not get the shoes from Hibbett!! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received!!

Do not order from these people. I order some clothes on Dec 10th and tracking shows it was suppose to arrive by Dec 16th, never arrived. I call Hibbett on Dec 22nd, they said it was lost in shipping said post office was suppose to give to ups to deliver. She said they will send me a coupon and do an investigation. I called today, representative said no record of previous call. I spent $100 and still have nothing. I have been shopping with these people for years. I will never order anything else again and im contacting the Better Business Bureau next.
