Wish I could give no stars seeing how we didn't get any shoes. I placed my order on 3/20/21 they sent me an email 2 days later saying that they didn't forget about us which led me to check the status of the order. I then saw that it said cancelled online. I ended up calling to figure out what was up. Their reason being it sold online from nike. I don't need no dam middle man. If I was getting the shoes from Nike then I would have just went directly thru Nike. Simple as that. They had the shoes available online and I was able to place my order. Even got a confirmation email. Today I called and talked to two dummies and they really didn't care that this was an inconvenience for me. While I appreciate that the charge was lifted for the shoes I'd rather have the product I promised my son. I was never notified that they were out of stock. Like I said I can do without the middle man. Hibbett sports is just in the way. David and Thomas need to get off the phones and go sit in the corner. They both were very unhelpful. I've been inconvenienced and I'll never buy from this company again.

Horrible, I placed over 5 orders of restocks on jordan retros and other shoes and they all cancelled and it took forever for them to refund me.

I ordered two pair of Jordan 6 rings from them on the 17th they took the money out of my account and I also paid for work delivery to only find out that they canceled one pair of my shoes because someone in the store and made a inventory error so they failed to notify me that I would only be receiving one pair and not just that the pair that they would be sending would not even be on time even though I paid for Rush delivery so when I call corporate to talk to corporate about the situation she gave me the same whoopla hoopla oh I'm sorry there was an inventory glitch that is a crock of BS that is a crock of bad customer service because at the time that I place the order it said you had them installed you are supposed to honor my order no one gave you the right to stop my Rush delivery or anything the right thing to do was to notify me my cell phone number is on my profile my email address is on my profile but I don't get notified and now my son's birthday is going to s**** because the pair that they are sending me still won't be here till next week and his birthday is tomorrow so so yes I am pissed off and it's over this sorry ass customer service they will not get no more of my service no more of my money they need to do better from corporate all the way down cuz this is not how you deal with customer service people pay for a service and they expect that service people pay for a quantity of something and they expect that quantity if it is available when they purchase it if you do your job correctly then we won't have these type of issues you would know what's in stock I would know what's in stock so do your job in honor your customers good at the end of the day it's your customers that's got you where you are it's your customers that's the reason why you're able to cash your checks if we don't shopping then you don't get no check. Very disappointed and will not shop with hibbets again they can't even fix the issue or honor the issue only thing they said was oh I'm sorry I'm sorry so I'm just supposed to tell my son on his birthday that I'm sorry they f***** up don't know child care nothing about that

Went to purchase my son some shoes in store to be delivered to my house and cashier Christopher put down wrong address manager inside store tells me she can’t find it I guess I’m just without the shoes or my money the Memphis TN southland mall Hibbett Sports is so unprofessional I’ll never purchase anything from them EVER AGAIN

Do not use this company! I purchased a pair of LeBron Spruce Aura shoes via expedited shipping. I was charged additional shipping, giving a delivery date of 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, and now the shoes WILL NOT arrive until a week and a half from the date of purchase. I cannot cancel the order (according to Hibbett) because they've already been shipped. I can not return to sender because the US Postal Service has created the label but still waiting for receipt of the item. The terrible part is that the shoes were being shipped to me at a home that I'm temporarily staying in for a week, so I will not be here when they arrive. Who can help me with this company? According to them, it's my responsibility to contact the US Postal Service and cancel the order. How can I possibly do that when they haven't received it! Terrible service. DO NOT use this company. No thanks to customer representative Nick.

Terrible!!! They sent me ítems with sensor tags still on them.

This is the worst place I ever spend my money at .. never received my iten from Hibbett sports ... reached out to them to get the shoes again and it was sold out ,they told me I could on get my money back on a gift card without the shipping cost....they sent me a E-card that can't be used on there site and customer service told me that I can use it in the store and that's not even in the same state I live it ...this store really sucks .they really suck !

I had to order my child cleats online for size. I ordered and they shipped on 2/8/21 from a post office 30 min away. Delivery was on time for Feb 11th. On the 11th still said by end of day. Never can't. On 12th i tracked again it said arriving LATE with no info no other post offices beside the one on the 8th. Now i call customer service they said oh it's lost. Wait for insurance dept to email to see what to do. I mean wow crazy! Horrible customer service, now i have to pay for expedited if we re ship cause it's lost. They didn't even email & say it possibly lost nothing just leave my child waiting for a package i paid$73 for to never come and missed 2 practices already and who knows how many more now
