I was sent a size small not once but twice by Hibbett Sports when ordering a Large. I was not offered any sort of help with my order and basically told good luck elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time Hibbett. I was offered a 30% off coupon which I already had for my initial purchase. I was told there must be an issue with where it was sent and told it was likely never in stock! I even have a nice little signed card "Bill" checked my order and the paper clearly says LARGE. How does one allow this to happen twice. I started trying to buy this shirt in the beginning of March and its 4/20 and I never got what I ordered. TERRRIBLE COMPANY do not use this company

Recent orders placed over the past couple of days have resulted in cancellations. When I spoke to customer service, they flagged my account as a bot/reseller and cancelled the two orders I placed. I'm all for bot protection, but it needs to happen before the transaction and not after a customer has paid for the items. Please do better Hibbet!

This company list shoes they don't have but. will hold you money for weeks . Customer service is nonexistent . Never ever again !run people

So i place a order Saturday everything went through successful at least i thought . I got a email Sunday saying my order was canceled per my request, I instantly get mad like what the hell I didn’t cancel it. So I call Hibbett customer service the representative basically told me that they cancel my order because they consider me a bot and with attempt to resell. BS for starters so we’re going back-and-forth and he’s like well you’ll get your money back I don’t care about the money I wanted the release. Then he start giving me different reasons as to why then billing was brought up I am just moved recently so my billing address doesn’t match my credit card information. But as like most websites when it doesn’t match they don’t let you Successfully place an order. I just feel they could’ve done more in the situation with it being their fault on their end as well as them saying I’m not able to make purchases until they resolve the issue of finding out if I’m a reseller or not. At this point reselling has taken over the game so I mean if that’s what they choose to do that’s what they choose to do you can’t stop them but we as loyal customer should be held accountable for their actions. Also there’s more that you guys can do in this situation what is $20 off my next purchase going to do for me when I don’t even wanna order from y’all anymore already.. Get it together! Also with the raffling I think it should be a better system because for somebody who spends at least 200+ dollars a month on your website I don’t see how the hell I don’t ever win a raffle.

THEY BLOCK LOYAL CUSTOMERS IF THEY BUY TOO MUCH PRODUCT. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BLOCK A GREAT CUSTOMER.

Horrible online returns process. Their website has had issues producing a return label for a week now. I even offered paying for the return myself but CS says that is the only way to do a return, with their label. This has been a waste of time always calling. Only until I mentioned reporting to BBB did they step up their customer service after 2 weeks of calls. I ended up getting my refund but not sure if it was because I kept calling. The main issue is their website not producing the return label.

I ordered some shoes from hibbett sports. I received the shows on time. When I opened the box it was shipped in, I noticed the actual Nike box was torn at the top a little. No biggie right! Then I proceeded to pull the top bag only to see that these were used shoes. There were crumpled of something in the box, the Nike symbol on the inside of the she was rubbed off, it had scuff marks, and the front of the shoes were somewhat faded. I called customer service and she told me the only thing she can do is have me reorder the shoe and send those back. I did ma’am I’m headed to Florida for spring break. She says well you have 60 days to return them. In my head if someone returns shoes within 60 days (I’m sure they probably wore them) what does hibbett do with the shoes , if they states they don’t sale use shoes for full price?

They sell shoes that they don’t have in stock and when you call yo inquire about why it’s going on two weeks and your items haven’t been shipped, they tell you they had to order them from the nike warehouse... I could’ve did that myself. And forget about shipping in a timely manner, oh and don’t leave a review on their website because they’ll surely delete it. Now all of sudden my shoes magically ship after contacting BBB and leaving reviews on their website, I find that highly laughable lol! Also they didn’t send a shipping confirmation, I just had to log in their website to find out my shoes are finally being shipped..But whatever, I’ll never shop there again.
