Sends defective merchandise

If I could give them NO STARS I would they a horrendous. I ordered a hat 2 months ago and have called and talked and emailed with everybody I could was supposedly approved to get my order reshipped or refunded and again called emailed and spoke with everyone I could and nothing still have my hat still have my money it is absolutely ridiculous do not ever buy anything from them I know I won't.

Wish i could give this company no stars!!! I’m a very loyal customer I can say i spend at least anywhere from $200-500 a month prob from them. Anyways make a long story short when I enter a raffle I’m curious as to why I never win any!!! But you say u make it fair to everyone how in the hell smh! U claim u have up to 2 chances of winning!! Well u damn sure fooled me! Because I never win any of them. Luckily my kids love your store but me personally If I want a release of a shoe I shop on StockX I may pay a lil more but I don’t have to deal with the headaches y’all put us through!! I think y’all need to do better far as the raffle system because it’s not fair to the people who really support your business!!

Garbage company doesnt even sell what they advertise so of course there customer service is horrible cant help with nothing but your items will be there sometime...when dont know sometime in the future cant tell you when wont refund for item just wait you have to wait WE DIDNT SHIP IT SO WE CANT TELL YOU....BUT WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! GARBAGE STAW AWAY!!!

Purchased a pair of soccer cleats online. I received them by UPS. Tried them on and they didn't fit. Returned them by UPS. Hibbett has received them but has yet to issue me credit for my return. Customer service said I had to wait 14 days after they received them for my credit. Waited the 14 days and still have not received a credit. Called customer service to check status and now the have to "look into the issue." Still waiting for my money back.

I don't know why you guys are still doing raffles. I've lost on all raffles, it's a waste of my time. Your company keeps choosing the same raffles winners over and over.

Went to purchase track shoes for my 13 year old son at the Eastway location in Charlotte NC. When it was time to make purchase my son was denied the ability to make his purchase because he did not have an ID. I ended up paying for his items. The cashier by the name of David stated per policy if you don’t have an id you can not make a purchase. I was disappointed because the customer service that was given was horrible. Also my son has used his card everywhere with no problem. There is no difference with him purchasing the shoes online verses in person because Online he wouldn’t have an id either. He is 13 & his card does not have a PIN number. Overall i wouldn’t recommend this store. Terrible customer service & i will NOT be shopping with them. 1st & last time.
